  • The objective of the UX research with vulcanization industry and auto repair shop experts was to optimise the conversion of the company’s B2B platform.

  • Personalized in-depth interviews with respondents. Thanks to a review of purchasing history, the fundamentals of workshop work and the demands of respondents, especially those who are uninformed, can be determined.
  • User testing of the platform's usability. Evaluation and analysis of end-user interactions with the purchase platform utilising the thinking aloud technique.
  • Development of interface improvements based on qualitative data collected. Developing specific suggestions for enhancing the company’s B2B client experience.
